Tet ט Choosing Good or Evil.

Tet ט the ninth letter of the Hebrew alep bet carries a numerical value of 9. It first appears as the root of a word in Genesis 1:4 in the word טוב tov meaning good. Tet ט illustrates the vav ו the flesh bowing before the zayin ז the Word of God. This is one view. The other is that in tet ט we see the serpent. Thus the paradox, we can choose to submit to God through His word and accept His protection and nourishment (zayin ז means sword and its primitive root זנ Zan means bread) or we can crawl on our bellies like the serpent and eat the dust of the ground; be worldly/carnal and feed on desires that fade to dust
